We collect account data (email, auth identifiers), billing identifiers from our payment provider, artwork files you upload, sealed outputs, and delivery metadata you enter (buyer, order, license notes).

We use this data to operate sealing and tracing, enforce quotas, provide support, and improve reliability. Files are stored in private object storage and accessed via short-lived signed URLs.

Processors may include hosting (e.g. Vercel), auth/database (Supabase), object storage (Cloudflare R2), compute workers (Modal), and payments (Stripe today; Paddle later).

We do not sell your artwork. We retain account and delivery records while your account is active and as needed for security, billing, and legal obligations.

You may request access or deletion of account data by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention or accounting.
