- How is Sealby different from a watermark?
- Visible watermarks are easy to crop or cover. Sealby embeds an invisible TrustMark. The file still looks finished, but you can match it back to a buyer later.
- Do I need a separate seal for every buyer?
- Yes. Each buyer/order should get a different mark so a leak points to the right person. If you deliver the same artwork again to the same buyer, you can reuse an existing delivery.
- Do I need the original to trace?
- Usually the leaked file is enough. Heavy compression or cropping can lower success rates—use the highest-quality copy you can.
- How long does sealing take?
- Sealing runs asynchronously on a cloud worker. Cold starts can take tens of seconds; warm runs are often a few seconds. The studio shows progress, then you can download the sealed PNG.
- What are the Free plan limits?
- Free includes 5 seals per month and unlimited tracing. When the quota is used up, new seals are blocked—there is no automatic overage billing. Upgrade from the billing page.
- Can I sign in with Google?
- Yes. The login page supports Continue with Google or email. Sign-up and sign-in share the same entry point.
